During this workshop, we will cover the major categories of China’s teas with tasting organized as flights. Comments during the tasting will focus on processing and developing a useful lexicon. The reasoning behind the grouping of each flight and the lessons to be gained will be explored. Wholesale pricing information will allow attendees to assess value and establish benchmark teas.
