This seminar explores mixology fundamentals using cold brew tea, which will help you to create classic and modern-styled tea cocktails and mocktails. Attendees will gain valuable recipe ideas and important insights into mixology as we delve into flavor profiling for creative offerings. We will touch on the cold brewing basics of tea selection, exchanging temperature for extended brew time, and serving cold brew tea as a still beverage, on nitro, or even as a hot beverage.
Attendees will understand basic cold brewing techniques for cold brew tea, engage with varied serving methods, and leave with recipe ideas to explore tea mixology in business or at home.
